The purpose of E.1 Conversations is to foster a deeper understanding of oneself and one’s fellow students within a learning context.
The facilitated conversations give participants the opportunity to explore topics such as:
How can we, as students, openly share our challenges and emotional barriers – and how do we create a space where we dare to be vulnerable without fear of judgment?
Many students experience the feeling of being a “fraud,” as if they don’t deserve their success. In these conversations, participants can share and discuss their own experiences with imposter syndrome and find support within the community.
What does it mean to be part of a community? How can we, as students, build strong and supportive relationships that foster both academic and personal growth?
How can we, together, create a study environment built on psychological safety – one where everyone feels comfortable expressing thoughts, asking questions, and sharing experiences?
Which techniques and methods can help us optimise our learning and study habits? How can we share tips and strategies with one another to achieve greater success?
It was really valuable to hear other people’s perspectives. I realised I’m not alone in some of the challenges I’m facing.

Overall, the discussions were really good. Especially the last game with the agreement scale gave me the chance to connect with people on a more personal level.

E.1 Conversations is continuously evolving, and we are working on expanding the concept to include a focus on self-compassion in both study and work life.
This new version will encourage deeper reflection on how we can be kinder and more understanding toward ourselves as we navigate the challenges of studying and working.
