Purpose: Providing services for the members of E.1 including events, virtual job fairs, seeing and applying to job postings, uploading relevant job application data and accessing information about other activities organised by Education Esbjerg along with the use of digital tools and other service offerings.
What type of personal data do we process: Email address, name, usage data, educational profile data (i.e. study programme) and CV.
Legal basis: GDPR art. 6(1)(a) – consent.
Retention: We process your personal data until your profile has been inactive for 12 months or if you withdraw your consent. You can withdraw your consent by writing an email to info@educationesbjerg.com containing your username and your request.
Recipients of personal data and third-country transfers: E.1 Personal data will be stored on servers that are located within the EU. We will take the steps necessary to ensure that your data are treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy and that no transfer will occur to an organisation or a country unless adequate controls are in place to secure your rights and freedom.
If you upload data, such as a CV, this, and your profile data, may be shared with relevant members of Education Esbjerg. Here is a current list of businesses that are members of Education Esbjerg.
