E.1 Student Career builds a bridge between you as a student and Education Esbjerg’s partner companies. Perhaps you are looking for a student job, an internship, or a project collaboration, or you need specific tools to develop and showcase your professional profile.

On our digital platform, E.1 Education, you can get an overview of the collaboration opportunities that companies in Esbjerg offer. You can also find information about workshops and events that you can participate in, where you will be equipped with specific tools and knowledge to approach companies for professional collaborations during your studies.

You can, for example, visit the ‘Career Hall,’ where you can explore the digital stands of our partner companies. Here, you can learn much more about the companies’ profiles. You can also get an overview of student jobs, internships, and company collaborations with all our partner companies in the job bank ‘Career Wall.

How do you become visible on E.1 Education?

You can create a personal profile on E.1 Education, where you share your academic background, field of study, and experience. You can also indicate the types of collaborations you are interested in.

In this way, you make yourself visible to our partner companies, who can contact you to learn more about potential collaborations or job opportunities.

Who can participate?

E.1 Student Career is for all current students in Esbjerg who are looking for a student job or an internship. It is also for students considering whether their bachelor’s project or master’s thesis should be based on a practical problem in collaboration with a company.

Participation in E.1 Student Career’s workshops and company events requires registration via E.1 Education, and activities are conducted in both Danish and English.

Networking

Many opportunities arise when you “know someone who knows someone,” and companies network across various sectors – this is also true in Esbjerg, where networking and relationships can help open doors and move you up the line, whether it’s for a student job, internship, or project collaboration.

This workshop strengthens your ability to identify and utilize your own network and teaches you the importance of networking already during your studies.

It’s easy to get lost among many other qualified candidates, so it’s important to have a targeted and sharp CV that makes you stand out.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to create a targeted CV and have the opportunity for one-on-one feedback on your own CV and application materials. We will discuss the challenges students face, and you will leave with specific tools on how to make your CV and application materials stand out.
